How to develop a sales strategy? seven steps

 To work on sale strategy.the first step is you have to create a map in your mind and  work according to it. 
you have to plan and focus on key people make them to feel that they are the potential to drive
the most amount of growth to your company and bring the smell of profit, to do this the following points may help you to hit the target.  


1) Understand the market:

Before you step into market understand the pulls of market, to which you are going to target, and be very clear about the targeted segments, weather you’re targeting the mass or restricted area, basic thing is  how much really you know about  today’s and tomorrow’s market? and what all the  basic  challenges you face ? Why people would like to buy your products or services? Would you able to grab the attention of non customers and turn them into regular customers? Will your products or services are going to add value in their life? Would your customers refer others to buy it? Find answers for these basic questions and enter into market.

What is your USP? do you think that you are an unique  seller? if you are , then  In which area you really sounds unique than your competitor whether it’s in price, products or in service, have very clear idea about it before you step into market and make sure that your competitors shouldn't have the space to enter as same as you did.

Initially don’t take the pressure of competing with anyone because you’re new to the market first try to understand the trend of market, how much big it is? How much share you can hold in your hand? Who are your competitors? Before you understand the strength of your competitors understand their weakness, once you understand it then automatically your competitors will only create space for you in the market, then slowly enter into market, then play your game, open your cards which help you to be a good  leader of tomorrow’s market.  



4) Value of market: 

How much big it is? How you will plan out to reach whole market? Weather you will enter in one time or you will expand day by day? Have proper plan about the market, if you have idea that market will grow double by next 5 years, where you want to see yourself? How well you plan for it? These points may help you to understand the value of market and makes you  tomorrow’s market leaders.




5) Method of Sales :

The crucial point is sales, because it’s the only pipe line which brings the cash flow for company, so now how you plan for it? You want to go for direct sales without having any distributor or you want to have them? If you want to have distributors then make sure that your distribution channel shouldn't be so big that until your product reach to your customers the price may become double  from original price, if your price is  heavy then people will not turn to you.



6) Promotion: 

So how will you promote your products and service? You want to grow naturally or you want to have any celebrity to promote it? If it grow naturally then it will be good because you don’t have to invest more money to promote it.



 7) Team:

Stronger  team will help you to stay longer in  market” so be care full before you select  people for your sales force, select such people who will work with team spirit, follows the work ethics, have right attitude, you must know that the team means gather everyone to achieve more.



You cannot achieve it in a day,so you have to work hard and fast and maintain the consistency, be committed to bring smaller growth and add value to your life.
