This article is about how you will get to know about your customers. It’s about how I experienced about excepted and unexpected customers so more ever it will help for start up companies that how they can increase their customers base. 



Before I discuss some important points I would like to ask what is the difference  between expected and unexpected customers this may look bit silly to people, but it’s very important and the basic thing to understand the  needs of  customers. normally the first customer or new customer would be always  unexpected customers, when they get satisfied by your products or service  they will become expected customers and they will also bring more customers or new customers and when you satisfy their needs automatically you will see the growth in your business.

Here some important points which will add  value for your customers and help you to understand them in batter manner.

1) Friendly behaviour with your customers :
Friendly means when you behave like a  friend with your  customers, they  feel very comfort, they express in improved way so that you can easily understand them and they will also get a better solution in a short period of time, this will save your time and energy and also you no need to invest your precious time for needless things.



2) Special care for customers :

Obliviously  new customers will find some difficulties to express their problems.  As a business person it’s nice to show some extra care to them, then they will land in their comfort zone and give some extra image to their problems and it will help you to find the improved run way for them.


3) Happy service:

When your customers are happy to get your product/service, you must show double happy to serve your customers, When your company comes into track or right after having good customer base the expectation of people will increase, so the responsibility of spreading happiness will also increase, so every time you must carry  a smiling face, because smile gives some extra mileage to your company.



4) Understanding the needs of customers: 

 Understanding your customers need is also one of the important thing and we must  maintain a friendly relationship with customers so that we can  come to know exactly about their needs.



5) Instant solutions:

you must provide an instant solutions for your customers  needs in a satisfactory way, ones your customers are satisfied it will automatically bring  good image for  your company. At last you have to remember " customer's satisfaction is  a  key for company's growth".
