How to be a Good Leader? 5 Easy ways 


There is a lot of difference between leaders and directors when i raise this question i fall in the path where the answer  made me so confuse and make me to realise that the Leaders  and directors are as same as the twin babies. they look very similar in style and wear same dresses too and other outer look is also same, then how would i find the difference between them?.


1)  Convert problems into challenge:


The only way is, they lead in different styles where the Directors Show the way, “if you go like this then you will reach your destiny “ but leader will take you along with him and make you to reach your destiny, He will held and guide you in each steps of your problems and make you to realize that the problems are not problems if you will not attempt to solve it and he will also inform you to convert those problems into challenge, when you take the challenge  with guts then the half of the  problems will be solved and for another half you just need to implement it  and bring the positive out come from it.


Where the Director will put pressure on you to solve the problem and create many more with it, to solve one problem we will create some more of it, then how do you think the natural talent get spoiled because of the pressure, when you are in pressure the human mind hardly think of anything new and creative solutions, so it will find the short term solution but not long term it’s like you are deep shit and you can’t talk. 

2) Sharing success:


One of the best qualities of leader is sharing success, there are only few leaders  in the world who shares success with their partners and with the team of employees, sharing success is  not only just informing to people that they had worked very hard to reach this level and so on its giving them a long term profit from the organization like job security, good amount of salary and the reorganizations in and around the organization. Where as the Director hardly gives attention for such activities.

3) Guts and initiative at the time of failures :

The negative word which brings the people down, disconnect them with the confidence and make them feel that they have not yet reached the level of excellence and so on most of the people fear to face the failure because, they need to have so called guts to face it. The leader has such quality when the team faces the path of failure, he come forward and take the responsibility on his shoulders and give hope and make them to believe in their works, motivate them to implement it in even more better, when success comes the leader put the result in the shoulders of his team, give credit to his team and make them to feel the smell of success, he know that because after hundred of failures the success touch comes,  instead of taking the credit he will make team to smell it. There are many such qualities which make the leader a different human being these are some qualities which I saw in some great leaders in my life, love live and learn from them to be a great leader of your organization.

4) Motivator:

He inspires and motivates people and especially to his/her employees make them to believe that they are strong, capable, competent, skilled and talented more over they are tough enough to handle the things.  he/she never let there  employees down and bring positive smell to their work and add more value to it.


5) Hard worker

She/he is hard worker they are available for 24*7*365 days, any time, anywhere they would be ready to go to get things done for the betterment of company because they treat office is there home, table as there bed, they forgot to have food, week end party, dinner with friends, they hardly meet their family members and miss most of family function too, “why??” just because to build the company, they have built such a work insolvent that will give an unbelievable output after some years. Working hard means not only working 16 to 18 hours in a day it’s all about sacrifice the things, sacrifice their own feelings, friends and family.
