As you observed day by day  rapid changes had taken place in the qualities of good manager specially the people who born with the technology are rapidly growing as technology  grows like how to handle multiple things, 
  learning new languages, proper utilization of technologies, having master degree in dual specialization, guts to take risk and so on along with that you need to have very basic  and significant things and they are as follow.



1) Creative:  

Manager is the person who is confident enough to provide instant and creative solutions to the people and also  manager is the person who handles every situation and brings innovative solutions even though he is in stress situation, His each solutions must be different because the problems would not be the same so he need to provide unique solutions for every case he meets.

2) Commitment:

Providing solutions before the time limit shows that you’re committed, problems never give invitation and arrive, it comes without any notices anytime, anywhere, so you must be available to run the shows of your beloved clients, so if you define what is commitment, it’s all time availability to give faster and better solutions.

3) Knowledge:

You must know that, what, when and how to use the resources which is available to you, never ever try to go out of the track and lose the grip. If you do not have the knowledge, it’s better to learn some words from your senior, experienced managers and earn knowledge then implement it.     

4) Rigid:

Strong, you must be very strong because you will face lots of challenges for  each step you take, your words, your decisions, your thoughts, your ideas and the way you implement  in each steps, you need to show your guts, feelings being strong is the crucial thing for the manager.

5) Action:

Creative, commitment, knowledge, and Rigid, all the important factors fall in taking action, it will show how much your committed to bring creativeness with your knowledge by being rigid.

Apart from all the basic fundamental things, the proper utilization of available resource that too right time at the right place will provide the way for profit, more over the combination of basic and technology would bring  long term profit for  company, that is how the manager have to make their sales force as market demands, if you fail to update yourself along with technology then you will defiantly fail to balance growth of the company.

As being manager you  have to practice learning, in every stage you have to find the opportunities to learn new thing and apply them in your company and update your employees and have good relation with the team so that it will help you to solve the problems,  deep discussion is needed, work on day-to-day affairs.
Being manager show  growth in the company so that your employees would believe in you and bring positive results, avoid negative things and have practice of sharing positive things with your employees and motivate them, Be a good manager to create good managers.
