The sales job is considered as challenging job, sales brings  cash flow for the company and because of sales department the other departments get an employment.
So sales will play a crucial part. So  sales people have to have many qualities and some of main qualities which make them to perform well and they are as under. 

Responsibility: 

He/she must be a responsible person, he/she is the  one who takes responsibility towards the goal of the company, because the will company run  by the responsibility of each person, he/she must take care of their task very seriously, a small mistakes in accountability will cost heavy and put them into trouble.

 Focus:

 Focus like a military person, they hardly miss the target, and it means have focus on each client and their activities so that you can get the right place and the right time to hit the target, these small things may help you to be focused.

 Understanding:

 The crucial point is to understand the client and his need, what exactly he wants, will I be able to solve his painful problem, is yes then it shows how deeply you have understood your client and you will also come to know that what exact solution is to be implemented.” You must treat them as your kids and you must act as mother” to your client, because mother can understand each and every movement of her kids, even though they don’t speak.

Timing:

 Never make them to wait for you, this will show  how much irresponsible  person you’re, you have to be there at your clients place before 5 minutes or even before, and if they tell to wait, make sure that you shouldn't lose interest to wait, this will show  how much peacefulness  of your mind at client place. Work like a clock, it exactly take 60 second to meet one point to another.  It will never be late to reach its destination.

Fearless:

 Don’t be afraid, if you afraid to disturb people, then you will never become a good sales man, disturb them with a good smile, a smile can make them to give their precious time to talk to you and give attention towards products.

Work on basic things before you go for sales, you must have   depth knowledge about product/service, practice in front of your friends or office colleagues or in front  od a mirror so that you will come to know about your body language, speak confidently because if your voice sounds low then your customers will not give attention towards your presentation.

Apart from adding value for your customers bring some humour in the conversation so that they get fresh and bring positivity in  discussion. Make your customers to ask questions and clear their  doubts if they have any, don’t make one side conversation have good attitude it will help you to build good bond for the longer period of time.

Stay positive and Practice these points effectively and hopefully it will add value to your work and bring the best outcome.
