How to Build a Successful Team?  7 Ways

What is TEAM? When you see this question I strongly believe that you had already defined the meaning of it in your mind, hang on for a while, think weather you have defined it correctly think again.
When we think about   the answer we will get different opinions, but the meaning was same, team means having different mindset of people, working for the same goal. It also includes same wavelength, same mind set and different background and so on.



There some important things that the team must have while you assembling a best team and they are as under.



1) Must have same wavelength: 

Team always contain with different people, different ideas, different mindset, different work styles  but the significant thing is team should have same wavelength, team should to work for  same goal, team should have same vision and same mission, to work for the same goal rather than the personal achievement.



2) Strong mind set: 


Never let your heart , break your mind, Have a strong belief in your team, help each others to solve the problems, backing up each other is more important because while building something great you will definitely face tons of problems by that point of time you really need to have strong mind set and to build such mind set the teams support is more important.



3) Different background: 


 Having different backgrounds of people in your team ,  you will get many options to solve the problems and it will also help to share their experience” because experience speaks a lot”.



4) Have SWOT of team: 


The most significant thing is to know the strength and weakness of your team, segregate the work according  to their strength, and watch  how they can find opportunities and what type of threats they  face. you should  have all the information about your team and  “do not put all fruits in the same bag” 



5) Opportunity seekers: 


Every time you must look for an opportunities because opportunities can create new ways, it can open new door, it can change the way you see the world. It can change the whole world.



 6) Problem solvers:

 
The main job of the leaders is to solve the problems, make your team such way that, they have to think every problem as a challenge, when you see it as a challenge 50 percent of problems will be solved and first try to solve simple and small problems of your company because people say small is beautiful so let’s solve the beautiful problems of company then you will get some experience to big one.



7) Back up your team member:


 Support your each member of team, everyone  had some new and unique ideas, discuss  with them, solve their problems even its personal because their personal life also effects to the company and more over this will build up the trust and create strong bounding in your team.


It needs guts to build the great team that to for long term vision, it’s not easy, it’s challenging and the journey looks amazing, feel the pain of it but beautiful pain, the pain which gives good result called success.
