Conditional Behavior in Digital Marketing and its Origin from my Perspective

Conditional behaviour in digital marketing is a technique or as a trend which I personally call it has your Personal Chef or your Personal Assistant.
When you shop on line beat in flipkart, Amazon or want to book a room in yatra.com or even when you watch videos in youtube or dailymotion, your shopping preferences and viewing pattern is gauged and analysed and whenever you open your email id or go to your social networking sites, your preferences of shopping items follow and all the time is flashed as an advertisement. This is what is called as Conditional Behaviour.

The funda of this thing is very simple, when you shop you do not end up doing a transaction, you start up a new relationship with that company has a mutual value of benefits. Companies want a recurring business from its loyal customers by knowing their preferences as a chef and serve you the right dish. Because one loyal customer can give rise to 100+ customer through positive word of mouth and will always advocate the best thing to his/her friends & relatives.

The tool of analyses and implementation can be coded and drafted for execution. But the IDEA to think and carry the very essence of business that is care and affection for the customer’s preferences on a digital media is really incredible and pioneering. That’s what I call a 21st century way of marketing your product with zeal of personal touch to it.

The origin of the idea is from the most common services we take in our life like going to our barber shop or a tailor shop. Who know our preferences of taste and gives the services according to that.
So the things to learn from such ideas is to keep your senses open, in order to observe and learn and always be updated about the new technology which will give a tremendous boast for your idea and makes you a smarter marketer.

So get digitized and start your new trend of Business by just sitting in your office or home & be Proud Pioneers.
