so if you also want to create such big empire then what you really need to do??, it's not an easy task, it’s not prepared food, it’s not stabled path, it’s not highway without road breaks, it’s not written lesson, it’s not risk less and restless work. But here you need to cook food, you must create a stable path, you have to find the smooth runway, you have to learn and write your own lessons, you have to take risk and work hard by not taking any break.

1) customer is first: 

Why customers got more preference, why they earned first place in his mind, there are so many question will arrive so if you can see it from the other angle then you might get an answer. Why because they are the people who will  give business. This is basic thought but to get first place in his mind what they have earned is that they hold the hand of business, they showed the path to achieve something great, they showed that here there will be  an  opportunity to create something big. Because  of customers needs and wants, he is able to create jobs and able to solve the millions of small business companies problems.

2)  Employees of the company: 

 Because  in business employees will be always engage with  customers and Jack Ma knows that only   happy employee can  keep  customers  happy. so once your employees will be  happy then its sure that everyone will be  happy. In business always employees  play a role of body parts,  if one part  of body  get hurt , automatically the whole body will get effected,  in this way it will effect  business too  and he also know that it’s not good to loose  good employees.  if you take care of your employees  they will take care of your business so second preference is for an  employee.
